The characteristic construction of the multiCrimp fittings enables the highest protection against pulling apart. The toothing of the crimped ferrule, grasps through the cover of the hose, form-closed directly onto the steel-wire braid. The know-how lies in the detail and is protected by patent rights.

The defined crimping operation offers the optimum core tension of the tube for the best possible sealing and life-time, as well as strength of the hose connection.

The optimum core tension also offers maximum protection against leaks, which typically appear during operations below the optimum working temperatures of the engine.
Minimized core stress
The hose core pre-tension is optimized, without overloading it at the same time (core stress). Leaks and reduced life-time of a hose line are thereby avoided.
Optimized nipple diameter diminution
The multiCrimp system always allows crimping at a constant nipple diameter diminution. Tolerances due to the hose and fittings production are compensated for.
