multiCrimp fittings
multiCrimp is a one-piece fittings system (pre-crimped). Therefore, the technically critical procedure of assembling the nipple and the ferrule and also errors in the choice of the right ferrule for different type of hoses are ruled out.
The characteristic construction of the multiCrimp fittings enables the highest protection against pulling apart. The toothing of the crimped ferrule, grasps through the cover of the hose, form-closed directly onto the steel-wire braid. The know-how lies in the detail and is protected by patent rights.
A perfectly attuned assortment of different types of connections and special-repair-fittings allows versatile solutions.
multiCrimp hoses
Compared to conventional DIN-standard hoses, the multiCrimp hydraulic hoses possess higher pressure values at reduced bend radii and lower outside diameters. In addition to its recognised benefits of excellent resistance to ozone, UV-radiation, high temperatures and salt water, it meets the special requirements of the underground coal mining industry. Approved by US-MSHA.
